– Green yarn for sepals and leaves

– Crochet hook (matching yarn size) Scissors

– Tapestry (cross-stitch) needle

ch – chain

sl st – slip stitch

sc – single crochet

hdc – half double crochet

dc – double crochet

tr – treble crochet

st(s) – stitch(es)

Foundation Chain

Ch 57.


Row 1

-Skip first 3 ch (counts as 1 dc)

-Dc in each chain across

-Turn


Row 2

-Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc)

-Skip 2 sts

(dc, ch 1, dc) in next st

-Repeat across to create V-stitches

-Turn


Row 3 (Petals + Color Changes)

-Sl st into the center of the first V-stitch

Section 1

-In next 6 V-stitches:

  • 10 tr in same space
  • Sl st into gap between next two V-stitches

Change color

Section 2

-In next 6 V-stitches:

  • 8 dc in same space
  • Sl st into gap

Change color

Section 3

-In last 6 V-stitches:

  • 6 hdc in same space
  • Sl st into gap

🌿 Sepal

Foundation

-Magic ring

-Work 9 sc into ring

-Sl st to join


Leaves

-Ch 7

-Sl st in 2nd ch from hook

-Sc in next

-Hdc in next

-Dc in next 3

-Skip 1 st, sl st into next

👉 Repeat for 5 leaves
👉 Sl st to first leaf to join
👉 Fasten off


🌱 Stem & Assembly

  1. Wrap wire or stick with green yarn (secure with glue)
  2. Attach petals to the top of the stem, wrapping tightly
  3. Slide the sepal under the flower and glue securely

-Ch 15

-Work along chain:

  • sl st, sc, hdc, 8 dc, hdc, sc, sl st

-Repeat on the opposite side


Assembly

-Wrap stems with green yarn

-Attach 3 leaves per branch using glue
